Return & Refund Policy

Print Press Co. stands behind every order we print. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — with a free replacement or a full refund.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All DTF transfers (custom transfers, gang sheets, and ready-to-press transfers), custom apparel, and embroidery are printed to order. Because these items are personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

• Email support@printpressco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
• We respond within 1 business day.
• Choose a free replacement (priority production) or a full refund to your original payment method.
• Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

Shipping damage is covered. If your package arrives damaged, we handle the carrier claim — you don't have to.

Application & Print Quality

DTF transfers require the correct temperature, pressure, and press time. Please follow our pressing instructions. If a transfer was applied according to our instructions and still fails to adhere or wash properly, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it.

Non-Custom Supplies

Unused, unopened DTF supplies (film, ink, powder) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for return authorization. Refunds are issued for the product price; original and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin production quickly — often the same day. Contact us immediately at support@printpressco.com or (224) 553-3999 to change or cancel an order. Orders can be changed or canceled free of charge before production begins. Once a custom order has been printed, it can no longer be canceled.
