Every order is printed in-house at our facility in Hoffman Estates, IL — which is how we ship faster than anyone.

Processing & Same-Day Turnaround

• DTF transfers (custom transfers, gang sheets, and ready-to-press): order by 12:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday, and your order is printed and shipped — or ready for same-day pickup — the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
• Custom apparel & embroidery: production times vary by order and are listed on the product page or confirmed when you order.

Free Local Pickup — Same Day

Choose free local pickup at checkout and collect your order at 2099 Stonington Ave, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169 during business hours. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready.

• FREE Economy shipping on orders $75+
• Economy: $6.00 (orders under $75)
• Standard: $6.90–$9.90 based on weight
• Heavy orders (5–70 lb): $19.90 Economy

Delivery Estimates

After processing: Economy typically arrives in 5–8 business days; Standard in 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed — weather, holidays, and peak-season volume can cause delays.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@printpressco.com within 7 days. We'll handle the carrier claim and send a free replacement or issue a refund — see our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries via USPS and DHL Express; rates are calculated at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Holidays

We do not print or ship on U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on holidays begin processing the next business day.
