Can I order one shirt?
Yes — there's no minimum. Order a single custom shirt or thousands; your price per piece simply improves as the quantity grows.
Can I bring my own apparel?
In most cases, yes — we can print on customer-supplied garments. Share the details with your quote and we'll confirm fit and pricing.
Can I mix sizes?
Absolutely. Mix any sizes of the same design and they all count toward your volume tier. 2XL +$3.00, 3XL +$4.50; 4XL–5XL no upcharge.
Can I print front and back?
Yes — add a full back print for +$5.00 per piece, plus left chest, pocket, sleeve, and oversized add-ons.
Can you help with artwork?
Every order includes a free artwork review, and our team can clean up or resize your file free of charge — there are no artwork or setup fees.
What file types do you accept?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is best; we also accept PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD at 300 DPI.
How long does production take?
Most apparel orders produce in 1–3 business days after proof approval; larger runs take 5–7. Same-day pickup (black & white tees) and 24-hour rush are available.
Can I reorder later?
Yes — we keep your approved artwork on file, so reorders are fast and come out identical every time.
