DTF Transfers
We only offer refunds for DTF transfers that arrive damaged or defective.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A clear photo of the damaged or defective item is required for review.

Once verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, including any shipping fees.
Important: We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. For items damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your damage claim is approved.
Exchanges or replacements are not offered at this time. If you'd like a new item, please place a separate order.
