Pressing instructions
Temperature: 300°F (150°C) · Time: 10–15 seconds · Pressure: medium–firm · Peel: hot or cold · Finish: re-press 5–10 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet
Care
Wash inside out, cold water, tumble dry low.
- Pre-press your garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Place the transfer design-side up and center it on the garment.
- Press at 300°F for 10–15 seconds with medium–firm pressure.
- Peel the film — hot or cold, both work — then finish press 5–10 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet.
Care: wash inside-out in cold water, no bleach, hang dry or tumble low. A printed instruction card is included with every order.

Once approved, we'll send a replacement right away — and if the item is no longer available, we'll refund the full price.
Pressing Instructions
- Temperature: 300°F (150°C)
- Time: 10–15 seconds
- Pressure: Medium–firm
- Peel: Hot or cold peel — peel right away while warm, or let it cool first. Both work.
- Finish: Re-press 5–10 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet for maximum durability

Shipping & Returns
Same-day pickup — order online and pick up at our shop in Hoffman Estates, IL (2099 Stonington Ave). Most pickup orders are ready the same day.
Shipping — most orders ship within 1–3 business days from Illinois; DTF turnaround may vary during peak periods. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns — because every transfer is custom printed, we can't accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Art Upload Recommendations
For the sharpest possible print, follow these guidelines:
- File type: PNG with a transparent background (best), or high-res PDF/AI/PSD
- Resolution: 300 DPI at actual print size
- Transparency: Remove semi-transparent pixels, glows, and soft shadows — they don't print cleanly
- Small text: Keep text at least 0.25″ tall and fine lines at least 1.5pt
- Color: Design in RGB — our printers convert automatically for the truest color match
