2. Products & Orders

Our products are printed to order. You are responsible for reviewing artwork, sizing, and order details before purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order; if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. We do not knowingly print trademarked or copyrighted designs without authorization, and we may decline such orders. You agree to be responsible for any claims arising from artwork you submit.

4. Color & Print Accuracy

Colors on screen may differ slightly from printed results due to monitor settings and printing processes. Minor variation is normal and not considered a defect.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

6. Turnaround, Shipping & Returns

Production and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
