How does same-day pickup work?+
Place your order online by 12PM CT and we print it the same day. You'll get an email when it's ready. Come to Print Press Co at 2099 Stonington Ave, Hoffman Estates (just off I-90) and give your order number at the front desk.
What file type should I upload?+
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI gives the best results. Don't worry if you're not sure — we review every file for free and contact you if anything won't print clean.
How do I press the transfers?+
Press at 300°F with medium pressure for 10–15 seconds, then peel hot. A heat press gives the best results, but a household iron works for small designs. Full instructions are included with every order.
What can I press transfers on?+
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, denim — light or dark fabric, any color. DTF transfers don't require special coatings, which is why they're the most flexible option for apparel.
Is there a minimum order?+
No minimums — order a single transfer or a thousand. Gang sheets up to 22x80" let you combine multiple designs on one sheet for the best price per transfer.
How long do the prints last?+
Our transfers are wash-tested to last 100+ washes without cracking, peeling, or fading when pressed correctly. They're also stretchable, so they move with the fabric.
Do you do bulk orders for businesses?+
