DTF Transfers

What is a DTF transfer?

A full-color design printed on film with a heat-activated adhesive. You press it onto a shirt, hoodie, tote, hat or bag with a heat press. It works on cotton, polyester and blends, light or dark.

How fast do DTF orders ship?

Order by 12 PM CT Monday to Friday (11 AM CT Saturday) and your transfers are printed and shipped or ready for pickup the same day.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order one transfer or a thousand. Gang sheets let you fit many designs on one sheet to save money.

What files can I upload?

PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI works best. PDF, SVG and high-resolution JPG also work. Every order gets a free artwork review.

Pressing

How do I press DTF transfers?

310°F (154°C), 10 to 15 seconds, firm pressure, on every fabric. Peel hot or cold. See our heat press instructions for the full steps.

How long do DTF prints last?

Pressed correctly, our transfers hold up for 50+ washes. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low.

Custom Apparel

How long does custom apparel take?

Custom printed tees, hoodies, sweatshirts and polos are ready in 2 to 5 business days after proof approval.

Can I design my shirt online?

Yes. Use our free Design Studio: upload your logo, pick colors, sizes and print spots, and see the price before you check out.

Do you do bulk orders for teams and businesses?

Yes. Volume pricing drops at 10, 25, 50 and 100 pieces. For larger orders send your logo through the bulk quote page and we reply within 24 hours.

Embroidery

Do you offer embroidery?

Yes, embroidery is quoted per order. Send your logo through our embroidery quote page and we reply with a price and a stitch-out proof. Embroidery takes 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Signs, Banners & Stickers

What signs do you make?

Vinyl banners, die-cut and kiss-cut stickers, DOT truck lettering, printed truck door decals, storefront door and window decals, wall graphics and car magnets. See all signs, banners and stickers.

How fast are signs ready?

One-color cut vinyl (USDOT numbers, lettering, store hours) is ready the same day when ordered by 12 PM CT. Vinyl banners take 1 to 2 business days and laminated full-color work takes 3 business days. Large decals, wall and window graphics and extra-large banners bigger than 4 x 8 ft take 5 to 7 business days.

Do you install truck lettering and door decals?

Yes. Truck lettering is installed at our shop in Hoffman Estates. For door, window and wall graphics we come to you within 20 miles of the shop (labor only): printed decals on smooth windows or doors $4 per sq ft ($100 minimum per visit), perforated storefront window film $5 per sq ft ($125 minimum), graphics on smooth interior walls $6 per sq ft ($150 minimum). We charge the area times the rate or the minimum, whichever is higher; mixed surfaces get one combined quote. Removing old vinyl, difficult access or logo recreation are quoted separately. Everything also comes on application tape so you can apply it yourself.

Shipping, Pickup & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free UPS Ground shipping on DTF orders of $75+ and on apparel and other orders of $100+.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, free local pickup at 2099 Stonington Ave, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169 (just off I-90). We email you when your order is ready.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If a print arrives damaged or defective we replace it or refund it. See our refund policy or call (224) 553-3999.
