What file types can I upload?
PNG with a transparent background (best), AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PSD at 300 DPI. Screenshots and web images won't print cleanly. Artwork setup/cleanup is $25 flat — waived when your file is print-ready.
Is there a minimum order?
No — orders of 1–11 pieces are welcome at the listed rates. Volume tier pricing starts at 12 pieces per design.
Can you print my design on the front and back?
Yes — choose FRONT+BACK in the design studio and upload both files.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes — full-color DTF prints unlimited colors and gradients, and we can match Pantone references. White ink underbase keeps colors vivid on any garment color.
Will the print crack or peel?
No. Our DTF prints are wash-tested past 100 washes when you follow the care instructions.
Do I get a proof?
Always — a digital proof is emailed before production, and nothing prints until you approve it.
Can you print trademarked logos?
Only with written authorization from the rights holder — we can't print trademarked characters or professional/collegiate team logos without it.

- Pre-press your garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Place the transfer design-side up and center it on the garment.
- Press at 300°F for 10–15 seconds with medium–firm pressure.
- Peel the film — hot or cold, both work — then finish press 5–10 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet.
Care: wash inside-out in cold water, no bleach, hang dry or tumble low. A printed instruction card is included with every order.
