DTF PRINTS — MATTE FINISH
Printed on transparent matte film.

Pressing Instructions:

• Temperature: 300–310°F

• Time: 10 seconds

• Pressure: Heavy

• Peel: Hot (immediately) or Cold (after cool to touch)

⚠️ Every heat press may vary — start with the recommended settings and adjust as needed.
For polyester blends, use a slightly lower temp (around 275°F).
If the transfer doesn’t hot peel cleanly, allow it to cool and try a cold peel.

Orders are processed promptly, with most orders shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding DTF orders, which may vary). Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Once shipped, tracking details will be provided.

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for any of our products. However, we accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your product to alert us of the damaged item. If approved, we will send you a replacement. If the item is no longer available, we will refund the full price.
